- You may request a return or replacement for items that are defective, damaged, or materially not as described within 21 days (three weeks) from delivery, subject to the conditions below. This reflects UAE modern-technology trade consumer rights.

- Eligibility
- Returns accepted when the product is: defective, damaged in transit, missing parts, or materially different from the product description on our website. The claim must be made within 21 days of delivery.
- Perfumes and fragrances: for hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles unless the product is defective or was sent incorrectly. Unopened, sealed products may be returned if they meet the other conditions below.
- How to request a return
- Email (Support@mughani.com) with order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue. We’ll respond with return instructions within 3 business days.
- Keep original packaging and paperwork; we may refuse a return if packaging is materially damaged by the customer.
- Inspection & decision
- Once we receive the returned goods, we’ll inspect them and notify you within 7 business days whether your refund/exchange is approved.
- If approved, we’ll proceed per section 4 below. If not approved, we’ll explain the reason and return the product to you (at our cost if it was a fault on our part; otherwise at your cost).
- Refunds, replacements and timeline
- For approved refunds we issue the refund to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Refund amounts will exclude any non-refundable delivery fees where applicable.
- If the item is returned because it is defective or incorrect, return shipping is on us. For change-of-mind returns (where allowed), return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
- Exceptions & non-returnable items
- Opened perfume bottles (unless defective), limited editions sold as final sale, gift cards, or products sold under bespoke/custom orders are not eligible for returns unless required by law.
- If a product becomes unavailable for replacement, we will offer a refund or equivalent store products.
- Consumer rights & complaints
- This policy does not restrict any statutory consumer rights under UAE law.
