By using mughani.com and placing an order you agree to these Terms. Orders are offered by you; we accept orders when we send order confirmation and process payment.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices shown include or exclude VAT as clearly indicated. UAE VAT at the standard rate may apply and will be shown on checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We use third-party payment processors; please follow their terms.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where we arrange shipping, we will provide tracking details. Any import/customs fees for deliveries outside UAE are the customer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property
All content on the site (images, text, designs, logos) is the property of Mughani Perfumes (El Dorado FZC) or our licensors. You may not reuse our materials without written permission.
Warranties & limits
We sell goods that meet our descriptions. Except where required by law, products are provided “as is.” Our liability for direct proven losses caused by defective goods will be limited to the price paid for those goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy (above). By using the site, you agree to that processing.
Electronic communications
Electronic contracts are valid in UAE under electronic transactions law. When you place an order electronically you are entering an enforceable contract.

We may change these Terms; we’ll publish updates on the website, and the updated effective date will apply to future orders.
