We collect and process personal data necessary to sell products, deliver orders, handle returns, run marketing (with consent), and meet legal obligations. We process data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and related guidance.
- What we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email, phone, shipping address, billing address.
- Transaction data: order history, payment confirmation, invoice details.
- Technical & usage data: IP address, device data, cookies and analytics.
- Marketing preferences and consent records.
- Legal bases & purposes
- Performance of contract: to process and deliver orders, manage returns and warranties.
- Legal obligations: tax, invoicing (VAT), customs and record keeping. (UAE VAT at standard rate applies where relevant).
- Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, site security, and improving our services (we balance these against your rights).
- Consent: where we send marketing messages, or transfer data outside UAE where required, we seek and record explicit consent as required by PDP.
- How long we keep your data
- We retain transactional and accounting records to comply with tax and commercial law for at least the minimum statutory period required by UAE authorities (for invoices and tax records). Other personal data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose or to meet legal obligations. See our retention schedule on request.
- Transfers & processors
- We may share personal data with trusted third parties (payment processors, logistics providers, marketing platforms, customer support platforms). We have contracts in place requiring them to protect personal data and only process it for the purposes we specify.
- Cross-border transfers (outside UAE): these occur only with appropriate safeguards or where you have consent, consistent with PDPL.
- Your rights
- Access, rectification, deletion (right to erasure), objection, portability, and withdrawal consent where processing is consent-based — subject to legal exceptions (e.g., tax record retention). - Cookies & tracking
- We use cookies for site functionality, analytics and (with consent) marketing. You can withdraw consent or block cookies via your browser or cookie controls on our website.
- Security
- We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data, including encryption of payment details, secure servers and limited access. However, no internet system is 100% secure; if a breach occurs, we will follow PDPL notification obligations and inform affected users and authorities where required.
- Children
- Our services are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under legal age. If discovered, we will remove such data promptly.
